Stakeholder Advisory Committee Meeting Summary
After nearly 60 years, the City of Knoxville is updating its zoning ordinance.
A lot has changed since that time, which is remembered for the Market House fire in downtown, the expansion of UT, and the annexation of Fountain City, Bearden, West Hills, Norwood, and Gresham. The end result will be a modernized code that will help shape the city for the next 20-40 years.
